When you place an order, request a booking, or submit an enquiry, we keep a record of your name, contact details, and history of interactions with us, to fulfil your order and recognise you on return visits. We do not share this with third parties beyond what is required to process payment and delivery.

How long we keep it

Customer records are retained for up to seven years to satisfy HMRC requirements, after which they are anonymised automatically.
